Judith Collins (@JudithCollinsMP) makes a misleading tweet about greenhouse gas emissions, and the linked press release also has the same misleading headline – neglects to mention that the decline in greenhouse gas emissions is from the energy sector only, and reflects only year-to-year variability, not long-term trends.
