Summary:

National announces plan to attract private capital into basic infrastructure provision – basic infrastructure are usually monopolies, by the way.  Labour announces policy for improving cancer treatment.  The Greens continue to talk about welfare.  Bill English says something oblivious about housing.  National might be changing their immigration policy, so we’ll get to talk about that issue more.
